Family friendly, Sand Art Competition on the beach at Roads End State Recreation Site. Participants compete to create their favorite Cascade Head Marine Reserve interpretive sand art in a 20' x 20' square. Prizes for best creations. $20 entry fee to compete (limited capacity). Viewing free for all to enjoy.
When: Saturday, July 26th, 2025 - 8am - 11:00 am
Where: Roads End State Recreation Area on Logan Road in Lincoln City, Oregon.

The Ground Rules:
Open to teams of four or less.
Everyone gets a 20 foot X 20 foot space.
Family Friendly
A suggested donation of $20 per team to help support the Cascade Head Biosphere Collaborative and its programs for education, climate, and community.
No previous experience required, extra rakes available on-site.
Schedule:
8:00 AM ~ Raking and drawing begins. Participants will have up to 2 hours to craft their creations.
10:00 AM ~ Judging will take place based on creativity, originality, and artistry.
10:30 AM ~ Prizes will be awarded.
Prizes:
1st Place ~ Prize package valued at $500
2nd Place ~ $200 Cash
3rd Place ~ $100 Cash
